British Motor Museum

 British Motor Museum

Stayed Wednesday night on the Thames river at Shepparton Lock free parking and they gave me the opportunity to operated the lock for boats going up a down the river. Next day went to the British Motor Museum at Gaydon with Jaguar Heritage Museum & workshop next door.

Missed the Silk Cut Jags by a day as they were on the way to Le Mans for the 100th anniversary. Mechanic’s we’re trying to get started the Graham Hill, Jackie Stewart Gas Turbine Rover-BRM race car that raced and finished 10th in the 1965 Le Mans. Spent another 3 hours here with everything from Lady Penelope’s limo to a twin engined Moke also the 2004 Mark Webbers F1 Jag. 👍😎🏁
